This immersive one-day experience is designed to equip aesthetic practitioners with the knowledge, skills and confidence to integrate personalized lifestyle and nutrition treatments into their aesthetic practice. Known as “Integrative Aesthetics,” this emerging approach focuses on improving patient outcomes while enhancing whole patient wellness. Participants will learn how to guide patients through a comprehensive wellness program for skin health and beauty, addressing diet, supplements, exercise, sleep and more.

What to Expect & Learning Objectives:

Understand the science behind Integratvie Aesthetics, including the diet-gut-microbiome-skin connection and its impact on skin health as well as foods, macro-and micronutrients, and supplements that promote skin health and beauty.
Develop skills for personalized patient assessments such as physical exams to identify nutrient deficiencies, interpreting basic labs and advanced testing.
Enhance patient communication and counseling by modeling effective ways to discuss diet, exercise, and testing with patients, in addition to addressing common questions about supplement quality and protocols.
Design and implement an Integrative Aesthetics program – determine the scope and resources needed and hear from practices that have successfully introduced similar programs.
